Sophia Li

I am a PhD candidate in Management of Organizations at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. I study how people judge themselves and others under uncertainty. My research focuses on two core areas: confidence—when people are overconfident and whether structured reflection can improve calibration—and social judgment, including how people assign blame for miscommunication and infer others’ moral emotions.
